WE SHALL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY REQUEST FOR RETURN AFTER 7 (SEVEN) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT. ON REGISTRATION A CONFIRMATION MAIL/ REFERENCE NUMBER WILL BE GENERATED WHICH CUSTOMER SHOULD QUOTE IN ALL ITS CMMUNICATIONS WITH LETSBFIT.

REFUND PROCESS:

AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN IN OUR PREMISES, WE WILL PROCEED WITH THE RETURNS CHECK AND VALIDATION. ONCE THE RETURN HAS BEEN APPROVED (ONLY WHEN PRODUCT IS PROPER SEALED), WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BY PHONE/EMAIL AND YOUR REFUND WILL BE CREDITED WITHIN 15 WORKING DAYS FROM SUCH APPROVAL. IF YOUR RETURN IS NOT APPROVED REFUND SHALL NOT BE DONE AND PRODUCT SHALL BE RETURNED BACK TO CUSTOMER. HOWEVER, A MEMBER OF OUR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH YOU.
